The situation
A national professional body ran its membership, events, partnerships and document distribution across paper forms, email and WhatsApp. Members applied on a PDF, agreements lived in someone’s inbox, and there was no single public record of who the association was or what it had signed.

What we built
A membership and governance platform with online applications, a leadership register, an events and expo archive, a partnerships and MOU record, and controlled document distribution — all administered by the association itself through an admin back office rather than by us.

Where it stands
The association now has a public record of its work and a system its own staff operate. It is live, versioned and in active use, and LitGrey Technologies continues to run it.
