Running production software since 2022

We don’t just build software.
We run it.

We digitize small, medium and enterprise businesses with AI-based software that runs the work — not just records it.

The problem

Most businesses aren’t short of software. They’re short of a system.

The typical growing business runs on a register, three spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group and one person who remembers how it all fits together. Every one of those tools works. None of them talk to each other.

So the work that should be automatic — reconciling a day’s sales, knowing what stock is where, telling a customer when their order is ready — becomes someone’s afternoon. And the numbers you need to make a decision arrive a week after the decision was due.

Digitizing that is not moving paper into a database. It’s removing the steps a person should never have had to do.

Two clicks

What’s actually broken?

Pick whichever sounds most like your week. We’ll tell you what it usually is — and say so if software isn’t the fix.

Pick one above and we’ll tell you what we’d do about it — or skip ahead.

Proof, not a portfolio

We own a SaaS that real businesses depend on every day.

Optician Dynamics is a multi-tenant cloud ERP for optical retail — point of sale, prescriptions, stock, lab routing and multi-branch sync. It has paying customers, bills in three currencies, and we carry its uptime, its migrations and its support queue ourselves.

That is the difference between a development agency and an engineering company.

How we work

Discover, build, and then the part most vendors skip.

  1. 1

    Discover

Two weeks in your operation, not in a requirements document. We map what actually happens, including the parts nobody wrote down.

  2. 2

    Build

Short cycles against a live environment. You see working software every week, not a status report.

  3. 3

    Operate

Monitoring, alerting, migrations, support. This is the part most vendors leave out, and the reason the other two hold up.

The fair question

“Can’t we just build it ourselves with AI now?”

Often, yes — and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. We use the same tools, every day, and they have genuinely changed how fast software gets written.

But writing it was never the expensive part. These tools made building cheap. They did not touch the cost of running.

TrueLargely true, and we use these tools every day.

AndThen it runs for five years. Nobody has automated the migration that must not lose a row, the 2am page, or the upgrade that breaks one customer’s workflow and not the others.

Build it yourself when…

  • It is an internal tool and the worst case is someone redoes an afternoon
  • One team uses it, and that team can fix it themselves
  • No money, customer records or regulated data pass through it
  • You already have someone who will still own it in two years

We mean this. If that is your situation, you do not need us — and we would rather tell you now than take the money.

Call us when…

  • It takes payments, holds stock, or stores customer records
  • More than one branch, team or company depends on the same data
  • Downtime costs money the same hour it happens
  • It has to keep working after whoever built it has moved on
  • You need someone accountable, not just something generated

Anyone can ship you software. Far fewer will still be there at 2am when it breaks.

Tell us what isn’t working.

Thirty minutes. We’ll tell you whether software is the answer, and say so plainly if it isn’t — that answer is free and it saves everyone a quarter.
