The situation
Optical retailers run a shop, a lab and a clinic at once. Off-the-shelf retail software handles the shop and ignores the prescription, the lens order and the branch that has the frame in stock.

What we built
A purpose-built, multi-tenant cloud ERP: point of sale, prescription history, frame and lens catalogues, lab routing, purchasing, accounts and real-time multi-branch sync — billed across three currencies.

Where it stands
In production with paying customers. We carry its uptime, its per-tenant database migrations and its support queue ourselves, which is what lets us say we operate software rather than only ship it.
