How we got here
LitGrey started building business software for other people. Somewhere along the way we did something most development companies never do: we built a product, sold it, and then had to keep it running.
That changed how we work. When you carry the pager for your own software, you stop designing for a demo and start designing for the Tuesday morning when a shop cannot ring up a sale. Migrations get versioned. Alerts get wired to the paths that carry money. Support stops being someone else's department.
Optician Dynamics is that product, and it is still running. It is also the standard every client project is now held to.

Where we are
We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan, and we work with businesses across Pakistan and the Gulf. Being here is a genuine cost advantage for our clients, and we would rather say so plainly than have you work it out from a timezone.
