What did that batch actually cost to make?
Most small manufacturers can tell you what they sold a product for. Far fewer can tell you what it cost — with materials, labour and machine time on the same line — before the accountant closes the month.
We have built a production module: bills of material, raw-material stock, production runs that consume components and produce finished goods with a batch number, machines, shifts, a production planner, and a cost breakdown that compares estimated against actual. It is built and it works. It is not yet live with a manufacturing customer — so treat this as software we can show you and configure, not a reference we can point at.

Our module already covers BOM, runs, batch costing and planning. If that is the shape of your problem, configuring it is faster than implementing a package — and you get the costing detail without a manufacturing licence tier.

- Is this actually running somewhere?
- Not in a manufacturing business, no. The module is built and the platform around it is in production, but you would be the first factory on it. That should be reflected in the commercial terms, and we will raise it before you do.
- Do you handle multi-level BOMs and routings?
- No. A bill of material points at raw materials, not at another sub-assembly, and there is no routing or work-centre model — machines and shifts attach to the run as a whole. Single-level assembly is well covered; deep multi-stage production is not.
